The passport desk at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is using Keesing’s ID AuthentiScan to check ID documents.

Since 15 August 2013, Dutch citizens who live overseas have been able to apply for a passport or ID card at the desk.

During the client Identification process ID AuthentiScan is used to authenticate the current ID document of the customer. According to Keesing, ID AuthentiScan performs up to 40 automated checks in seconds to verify the ID document.
