Netherlands-based IAI Industrial Systems is set to supply three BookMaster One systems to Uzbekistan for the personalisation of the new Uzbek passport. The systems – expected to be delivered in 2011 – will be supplied via main contractor Oberthur Technologies and will be installed at the State Center of Personification in Tashkent.

According to the company, BookMaster One systems carry out the entire personalisation process including verification of all processing in one pass through the machine.

IAI’s systems are in use in countries such as: Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland, UK, Sweden, China, Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Portugal, Estonia, Costa Rica, Poland, Morocco, South Africa, Bulgaria, Algeria and India.
