Sagem Sécurité unveils eTravel solution

Sagem Sécurité has launched a new eTravel solution known as IDeal Pass, which it claims is the most secure and fastest certified passport available.

The solution, based on Sagem Orga’s smart card technology, is designed to meet government requirements for identification and border control.

It complies with ICAO and EAC specifications and is certified to Common Criteria EAL4+, Sagem Sécurité claims it is the fastest eTravel solution, capable of reading a typical EAC profile in less than three seconds.

IDeal Pass is available in various form factors and can be incorporated in the passport cover, or in the polycarbonate data page, a technology fully mastered by Sagem Identification.
