New supervisory board for DISO
Digital Identification Solutions (DISO) has voted in a new supervisory board. The new members are Francesco Fabiani, Giorgio Magnoni and Lukas Metzler, who were elected at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 10 August 2011.
The outgoing supervisory board members – Dr Hans-Jörg Rotberg, Ralf Paul and Uwe Steinbacher – had either not stood for re-election or had withdrawn their candidacy after the first-round vote. DISO says that during their term of office – and due to the success of their work – the company was able not only to build upon several years of rapid growth but also to enter the profit zone.
“I would like to express my gratitude to the outgoing supervisory board members for the decisive role they played in our company’s successful development,” says Frank Posnanski, CFO of DISO. “In addition, I would like to thank all our shareholders for their trust and support. I now look forward to working together with the new supervisory board in the hope that our collaboration will also be both smooth and successful.”
