Biometric fingerprint developer BioLink has established a partnership with Anhduc Trading and Technnology Development (ADC) company, a Vietnamese supplier of advanced security solutions.
The two companies will focus on implementing biometric identification technologies with state authorities and commercial bodies. They say the main aim of their collaboration is to take part in government programmes to develop and deploy new ID documents with embedded biometrics, such as passports, visas and e-documents.
Piotr Pertsov, BioLink’s director of business development, says: “The Asia-Pacific region is one of the most dynamic and promising biometric markets for establishing partner relations. We are keen to penetrate the biometric identification market of Vietnam, a country with one of the most quickly developing economies in the Asia-Pacific region”.
