SESAMES winners celebrate

 

The winners of the 2008 SESAMES awards have been awarded in Paris this week.

Winner of the Hardware category was Infineon Technologies with SLE 78 Family with Integrity Guard. The Software category was scooped by Gemalto with SmartCard Web Mashups.

In the applications categories of most interest to those in the security document sector, Motorola took the top spot for ID with Bio-Enrol, and Oberthur won the Healthcare category with HealthSTIC.

The IT security award went to GO-Trust with GO-Trust SD Solution. The prize in the Transportation category was won by G&D with Touch & Travel. The Banking/Finance/Retail category went to Xiring with Xi Sign wallet. Oberthur took the Mobile category was with its GIGANTIC WUAOW, while the eTransactions award went to Atos Worldwide with Fast booking on ATM. And the Loyalty category was scooped by Garanti payment systems with Flexi Card.
